The resources and services of the JHA are designed to support all elements of Jersey’s hospitality industry as well as representing the views of our members. As a trade association we have a strategic role to provide leadership and direction for the development of all elements of the visitor economy so that maximum economic benefit can be achieved for the Island.
We also aim to deliver real returns for our members, by positively promoting the industry’s priorities via partnerships with government, trade partners, other associations and organisations by effectively representing all elements of the hospitality and tourism industry in Jersey.
The JHA continues to develop a portfolio of benefits and services that are designed to support all types of hospitality businesses in the sectors. This approach is also combined with promoting best practice to produce a quality customer experience for both visitors, and local customers in Jersey

Our aim is to be the voice of our industry and represent the membership’s views, lobby on policy and consult with other island bodies and associations on its behalf.

The hospitality and tourism industry is all about people.
The JHA aims to help people and their businesses grow with the support of its Manager and its network of industry focused resources.

The JHA facilitates open dialogue among its members and corporate partners.
